Sextant Studios (formerly Butter Music Productions) brings you an intoxicating blend of Brazilian and Caribbean groove to an iconic R & B Classic. “Papa Dee's Dream” written in 2020, a tribute to the vision of the late B.B. Dickerson, bassist and co-founder of the Southern California band, War. This is Chuk Barber's interpretation of, "The World is a Ghetto". The World Is a Ghetto is the fifth album by the band War, released in late 1972 on United Artists Records. The album attained the number one spot on the Billboard and was Billboard magazine's Album of the Year as the best-selling album of 1973.
